What the review provides
We define the assessment scope, identify findings, and set out corrective actions. Your team submits evidence of implementation for our review. We then assess whether the facility and products meet GlowBridge’s qualification criteria and are ready for onboarding.

What qualification covers.
Our review is matched to your product classification, intended use, and manufacturing activities. We assess evidence against applicable FDA requirements, guidance, and quality expectations, with document review and facility assessment included as appropriate to the scope.
Facility & quality systems
We review relevant controls for sanitation, equipment, personnel training, written procedures, materials, and quality responsibilities. The aim is to understand how your facility consistently controls manufacturing quality, rather than relying on a certificate alone.
Production, testing & traceability
We assess product and material specifications, manufacturing records, testing evidence, release practices, and lot traceability. Complaint handling, change control, and corrective-action processes are reviewed where applicable to your products and operations.
Product-specific FDA readiness
Beauty & cosmetics: manufacturing practices, safety-supporting records, labeling, and applicable MoCRA responsibilities. Products regulated as drugs require a separate scope.
Wellness devices: intended use, claims, classification, and supporting documentation. For products regulated as medical devices, applicable quality-system and market-entry requirements are included.
Food & dietary supplements: the applicable manufacturing, safety, testing, specifications, traceability, and labeling framework for each category.
Corrective actions before onboarding
Readiness gaps must be addressed and supported by evidence. GlowBridge reviews the corrective actions and determines whether qualification criteria have been met. Applying or completing an initial review does not automatically result in onboarding.
A relationship that keeps developing
Once qualified, we establish responsibilities, communication expectations, production capabilities, and commercial terms. GlowBridge manages client projects and manufacturer coordination, while continuing to review performance and support improvements as U.S. business needs evolve.
